Swing Out Sister should visit Sydney Australia. On other posts people are asking you to come back to cities and countries, but as far as I know you have never toured Australia. I'm sure I would not be the only Aussie fan who would LOVE to get the chance(at least once) to see you live. I've got live albums and videos and they are great, but it's not the same as seeing a great Swing Out Sister live concert. I cannot ask, plead or beg you enough. PLEASE consider coming down under. Thanking you in advance, your huge fan Greg.

I really feel that the gang should consider The Tabernacle in Atlanta GA. It's a 100 year old converted church, with beautiful acoustics, and would be very very personal venue. I also think the Charlotte NC area would be a great location.

SEATTLE!

Seattle is known as an excellent place to start a very successful tour as the crowds are enthusiastic and have a wide range of musical tastes.

Philadelphia! Philly! The City of Brotherly Love (and Sisterly Affection)....
please, please, please! (You can hear me begging, right?!) OK, here's why! we always turn out fun, enthusiastic, loving, excited crowds for you, Andy and Corinne - always. We have great venues, a lovely city with lots of great history, music, culture, food. Heck, I'll take you all to dinner MYSELF! :D

I know we are about 1-2 hours from NYC, but we have a heart and soul all our own here. And a vibrant music scene. I love NYC and usually travel there to see you, but we love having you here at home in Philly. Remember the fun we all had at the TLA several years ago?! (Andy, you missed that one....) And then the great and intimate atmosphere at World Cafe Live? To quote the Jacksons - WE WANT YOU BACK!

We love you in Philly - and we welcome you with open arms, so please don't pass us by in 2011....
Hugs,
Terry

St. Louis! Excellent venues are...Jazz at the Bistro or Sheldon Concert Hall, both next to Powell Symphony Hall (St. Louis Symphony) and the Fabulous Fox. My latin-jazz band has played at both venues and acoustics are supreme.
Some of my podcasts, including episode 25 appear on iTunes.http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/swing-out-sister-podcast-series/id366213969 Also on Facebook, search "JRest Podcasts".

Obviously Philadelphia! But how about Reading, PA when the Berks Jazz Festival takes place. I consider SOS to be jazz, pop infused with a hint of R&B. Please come out this way. I will be front and center. 8)

Seattle! The Triple Door would be a great venue for SOS.

Otherwise, I'll hop on a plane and fly down to San Francisco just as I did in 2005 and 2009.

See you next year!

I would suggest Kansas City as a potential venue, or even Wichita, KS. They both have good venues -- Wichita has the Cotillion, and the new Intrust Arena downtown. Kansas City has a number of halls that would be open.

More information to make SEATTLE a more attractive stop:
- Seattle is home to Paul Allen's Experience Music Project, housed in an amazing building designed by Frank O. Gehry. EMP is part of historic Seattle Center, the site of 1962's World's Fair. The iconic Space Needle is the centerpiece of Seattle Center
- If you like seafood, Seattle is THE place to visit. go to the Pike Place Public Market and see the fish sellers (and duck the flying fish)
- Aviation giant Boeing has manufacturing plants in the Seattle area
- The Museum of Flight can be found at Seattle's Boeing Field in South Seattle
- Microsoft is just across the lake in Redmond, WA
- We're a mere 3-hour drive away from Vancouver BC, Canada. Canada's 2nd largest city.
- We're also a short drive from Portland, Oregon. Both of these locales are just far enough away for you to get some rest & relaxation

Three great cities for you to perform and explore
